Ayaan Hirsi Ali is delusional and not a reformer

Can anyone take a known liar seriously?
A couple of weeks ago Ayaan Hirsi Ali, an anti-Muslim  zealot, appeared in Fareed Zakaria's GPS promoting her latest book. As I have noted many years ago, Ayaan is an immoral, greedy person whose trait is lying and deception. And she has been able to make a living out of such evil traits.

9/11 was a God-send for scums like Ayaan Hirsi when she, like Ibn Warraq, saw a golden opportunity to make easy money. After being stripped of Dutch citizenship for her lies, deceptions and distortions, she moved to the USA and was hired by the American Enterprise, the same think tank whose 'experts' were behind inventing the never-found WMDs in Iraq. Birds of the same feather flock together! She is now married to another Islamophobe Niall Ferguson, known more for sloppy historical work than anything substantial.

In a polarized world that we live in, unfortunately high-profile liars like Ayaan Hirsi are promoted by the culprits and merchants of war and destruction, let alone the anti-Muslim crusaders and bigots who crave for the civilizational war. They package her as a serious thinker, which she never has been, confusing many who don't know anything better.

It is important that Ayaan be unmasked so that she does not confuse anyone. Just some excerpts from Wikipedia below is enough to show her deceptive self.

"In May 2006 the TV programme Zembla reported that Hirsi Ali had given false information about her name, her age, and her country of residence when originally applying for asylum.[40] In her asylum application, she had claimed to be fleeing a forced marriage, but the Zembla coverage featured interviews with her family, who denied that claim.[41] The program alleged that, contrary to Hirsi Ali's claims of having fled a Somali war zone, the MP had been living comfortably in upper middle-class conditions safely in Kenya with her family for at least 12 years before she sought refugee status in the Netherlands in 1992.[42]
Hirsi Ali admitted that she had lied about her full name, date of birth, and the manner in which she had come to the Netherlands, but persisted in saying she was trying to flee a forced marriage...
She admitted to lying in her application for political asylum to enhance her chances to stay in the Netherlands. Hirsi Ali said that she omitted some information, for instance, that she and her family had lived for years outside the country. She said she returned to Somalia to try to rescue additional family members from refugee camps and then sought asylum. This issue raised doubts about other elements of her biography that lack documentary or circumstantial evidence.[48]
It is not known on what grounds she received political asylum... Media speculation arose in 2006 that she could lose her Dutch citizenship because of these issues, rendering her ineligible for parliament. At first, Minister Rita Verdonk said she would not look into the matter.[50] She later decided to investigate Hirsi Ali's naturalisation process. The investigation found that Hirsi Ali had not legitimately received Dutch citizenship, because she had lied about her name and date of birth. Rita Verdonk moved to annul Hirsi Ali's citizenship, an action later overridden at the urging of Parliament.[51]

... On 16 May Hirsi Ali resigned from Parliament after admitting that she had lied on her asylum application."

It is worth pointing out that Ayaan Hirsi Ali's family members also confirmed that she had made up the whole story about forced marriage; there was no truth to the matter at all.

Speaking the truth is important in all major religions.  And a person is known by his/her veracity.

Lying is sinful in Islam. It is a major sin. In the Qur'an, Allah says:
“Surely Allah does not guide him aright who is a liar, ungrateful.” (Surah az-Zumar 39:3)

“... and pray for the curse of Allah on the liars.” (Surah Āl-e- Imrān 3:61)

And also:
“... the curse of Allah be on him if he is one of the liars.” (Surah an-Nūr 24:8)

It is mentioned in an Islamic Hadith that a believer can be a coward, he can be a miser but he cannot be a liar.  Safwaan bin Sulaim (R) narrated that the Prophet of Islam, Muhammad (S) was asked, “Can a believer be a coward?" He said, “Yes, he can be coward." Then it was asked whether a believer could be a miser? He replied, “Yes, he can be a miser”, it was then asked whether a believer could be a liar? He replied, “No, a believer cannot be a liar.” (Imam Malik, Mishkaat)

Lying leads to hypocrisy which is a great risk to one's faith. Even if the truth is going to hurt a person, Muslims are commanded to speak the truth. The Prophet of Islam epitomized truth and was considered the truthful from his childhood. He was known as Saadiq even by the infidels of Makkah. (Saadiq means one who always speaks the truth).

In another well-known hadith, narrated by Abu Hurairah (R), the Prophet (S) said, “The signs of a hypocrite are three; whenever he speaks, he tells a lie; whenever he promises, he breaks his promise; if you have trust in him, he proves to be dishonest.”

Abdullah ibn Umar (R) narrated that the Prophet (S) said, “Truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to paradise. And a man keeps on telling the truth until he becomes a truthful person. Falsehood leads to Al-Fajur (i.e. wickedness, evil-doing), and Al-Fajur (wickedness) leads to the (Hell) fire, and a man may keep on telling lies till he is written before Allah, a liar.”

And here we have a liar in Ayaan Hirsi Ali who is delusional. She is arrogantly claiming to be an activist to reform Islam.

The question I have is: can a liar be trusted with anything? Surely not. Ayaan Hirsi is no reformer but only a pretender, an utterly immoral person who does not feel any remorse or bite of conscience for lying and misleading others. She should be shunned and not adored or promoted by guys like Fareed, and for that matter by anyone, who cares about truth, honesty and human decency.

Islam, as the last revealed religion from God, does not require reform, but surely Muslims do, like peoples of all faiths of our time who are seemingly confused and are distorting the precepts of their faith and making a mockery of their religion.

The Time magazine has published an article "What Ayaan Hirsi Ali Doesn’t Get About Islam" by Carla Power who is the author of 'If The Oceans Were Ink: An Unlikely Friendship and a Journey to the Heart of the Quran'. You can read this by clicking here.

Towards preparation of her book, Ms. Power met a Muslim scholar from India: Sheikh Akram Nadwi. Much to the amazement of Ms. Power, and surely to the horror of liars like Ayaan Hirsi, the Sheikh was able to come up with a list of 9,000 women scholars in Islam in what is now 40 volumes work. "And these women scholars, you know, there were women, you know, riding across Arabia doing lecture tours on horse or camelback. There were women teaching caliphs and princes," said Ms. Power in her interview with NPR's Linda Wertheimer.
